These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lumber Store regarding your use of the Site and your purchases. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Product Information & Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in color, grain, and dimensions may occur due to the natural characteristics of lumber and manufacturing processes. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.

3. Pricing & Quotes

Pricing: All prices displayed on our Site are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.

Quotes: Any price quotes provided by Lumber Store (e.g., via email, phone, or in-person) are valid for two (2) weeks from the date the quote was issued. After this 14-day period, the quoted price may no longer be honored, and new pricing may apply.

4. Ordering & Payment

Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order does not necessarily mean we accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Payment: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site. All payments must be received in full before an order is processed for shipment or pickup.

5. Order Holds & Storage

We understand that project timelines can shift. To assist our customers, we offer a limited period for holding your purchased orders in our warehouse:

Maximum Hold Period: We will hold paid orders in our warehouse for a maximum of one (1) month (30 days) from the date of purchase or the date the order is ready for pickup/delivery, whichever is later.

Exceeding Hold Period: If an order is not picked up or scheduled for delivery within this one-month period, Lumber Store reserves the right to:

Charge storage fees for the additional holding period.

Cancel the order and issue a refund, minus a restocking fee (up to 25% of the order value) and any applicable storage fees.

Relocate the materials, which may incur additional handling charges.

After 60 days from the purchase date, any uncollected orders may be considered abandoned and become the property of Lumber Store without refund. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking such action.

8. Replacing

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement. All replacement requests are subject to our inspection and verification. To request a replacement, you must:

Please note that additional charges may apply for replacements, especially if the original issue is determined to be outside of our responsibility (e.g., damage due to improper handling after delivery). We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if the damage is due to improper handling, storage, or installation after delivery/pick-up, or if the request is made outside the specified timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lumber Store will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products sold by Lumber Store are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in Tacoma, Washington.
